Included with the mountain property, there is about 85,000 m² of land. This land has been used to cultivate mainly wheat or hay. Within this plot of land there are areas of copses with typical flora and fauna of Abruzzo. Additionally there are beautiful trees, including some cherry trees. Few decades ago, sheep and goats were pasturing in this land.
